July's monthly meeting on Tuesday 09th.
I was a bit concerned in the afternoon. I had taken my car to work without the doors as the day looked glorious. I'm lucky in that I have a nice secure car park to park in. Anyway at about 4.00pm three people came up to me and said it looks like raining. (I can't see a window from where I sit ) So I decided to leave work early. Got in car and pulled out of car park just as it started to spit with rain. Got home shortly afterwards and the heavens opened up and continued to pour down for about an hour.
Come 7.30pm rain had cleared and evening had turned hot again. Obviously the rain had brought out the hoodies as we had 12 members turn up and 10 cars (10 I think if you count Kev's Moss). A couple of new faces turned up and it was a thouroughly civilised way to spend a couple of hours on a boring mid month Tuesday night.

I don't know if I will make the August meet as I only return from Florida late on the day of the meet, but 2 weeks plus without driving my hood will ensure I will try if I am back in time. I'm sure Barry will be there if I can't make it.
Unfortunately I forgot to take my camera but we appointed an official photographer who had come along well kitted out, so as soon as I get some photos I will post on the website.

Thanks to all that have been turning up for these. I will try and arrange a run out for the Sept meet.
